Cristina Favreau is a dynamic, resourceful woman embracing the challenges of being a self-determined business owner. As a small-business coach, Cristina employs her enormous energies to bring focus and drive to her clients and their businesses. Many of you may be familiar with Cristina’s work with the WENS executive committee and as coordinator for the AM 940 Montreal WENS radio hour, The Small Business Show with Sherry Thacker. Having a firm background in the corporate world, she began her career with a local reseller, rapidly advancing from customer service representative to purchaser. From there Cristina made a lateral move to an international distributor and went from account representative to team leader within three years. Choosing to follow her desire to own and run a home-based business, Cristina became a Virtual Assistant in 2003 and found success in helping small businesses succeed. As her life progresses with a natural evolution, Cristina has set off on another adventure. Using her experience and drive she is now a certified professional coach, trained to use her finely-tuned communication skills to support you as a detached thinking partner. Her strength lies in her thought process. She can quickly see into the heart of the matter and eliminates all the extraneous details that often clutter up our assessment of a situation. She is able to pinpoint problems and voice solutions rapidly. She is the “go to” person for friends and colleagues—resourceful, insightful, methodical, and above all determined.
